Delete your Atlas account

In the app

1. Open Atlas and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Without the app

Email vinnovateit@gmail.com from your VIT email address with the subject “Delete my Atlas account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email address, Google account ID and profile photo address.
• Your bookmarks.
• Your reviews and ratings. Spot ratings are recalculated without them.
• Your bug reports and the reviews you reported.

Deletion is permanent. Nothing is kept afterwards except short-lived server logs, which expire on their own.
